Profitability analysis

A hospitality structure's profitability is determined by its ability to generate wealth through proper management. This management involves the control of the following types of costs: direct and indirect; fixed; variable; controllable and non-controllable; effective; hypothetical; parametric; discretionary; and constrained.

In order to measure these costs, there are a series of profitability indicators that allow for the results of the hospitality structure's management performance to be measured.

Our services include:

  • The identification of the profitability indicators;
  • The creation of a dashboard for measuring the results.
